Delivery Policy

• Products on display in the shop can be ordered and delivered directly to customers in Hong Kong. You can also pick up your order in our shop.

• We are here to serve you from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day of the week, including public holidays.

• We offer same-day delivery if inventory permits, but please contact us for arrangements.

• For subscriptions sent to office addresses, we will defer delivery dates to the next working day if the original date falls on a public holiday.

• Finally, please note that during Typhoon 8, black and red storms, our studio will be closed for the safety of our team and couriers. If you have an order due for delivery on those days, we will deliver it the next day once the signal is off.
